Improvement and support
This stage of the life cycle begins immediately after the commissioning of the system and continues throughout the entire period of its operation at the enterprise.
The main tasks of this stage is to support the uninterrupted functioning of the system and its continuous improvement. To achieve these goals, the following works are carried out at the enterprise:
- Consulting support of the Customer, additional configuration of the system, reconfiguration of it in case of changing business processes, adjustment of individual functions on request
- Delivery and installation of new, improved and upgraded versions of the system
- Consulting support for work with new versions of the system
- Implementation of new system modules
- An audit of the system functioning and the identification of the need for changes
- Provide changes if needed.
