IT-Enterprise shares experience in international expansion (MENA) and partner sales

Over 1000 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses joined Mind Entrepreneur Summit. This major event featured networking sessions and presentations from leading Ukrainian entrepreneurs on economic development, entrepreneurship, and cooperation between IT and businesses. Roman Iavorskyi, Head of Commerce at IT-Enterprise, joined the discussion panel on entering international markets. He appreciated the opportunity to share his company’s experience with his fellow entrepreneurs.

"It has been a while since we started to help Ukrainian businesses enter international markets. We have a sustainable strategy, vision, and roadmap with steps towards positive outcomes. With our software solutions MASTER, Signy and SmartTender, our SME clients get a competitive advantage. They win the competition by a number of criteria: quality, speed, cost control and responsiveness to market changes thanks to adjusting their business processes,” said Roman Iavorskyi, Head of Commerce at IT-Enterprise.

At the summit, the IT-Enterprise team shed light on how it entered the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa), a priority market for Ukraine, and which export strategies were most effective. They highlighted the importance of taking balanced steps and differentiating priorities. Also, it was discussed how to choose the right product solutions for each market for the best client experience.

Further, IT-Enterprise told the audience about its partner sales of IT solutions and collaborations with hardware manufacturers. These formats offer added value to customers; for example, when equipment is supplied, the client also receives a solution for predicting equipment failures.

Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO and founder of IT-Enterprise, revealed how effort- and time-consuming it could be for a Ukrainian business in the product segment of IT to penetrate international markets. Still, it is a worthwhile effort that yields business results through hard work.

"It can take quite a long time from the first contact with a client to signing a deal. Our company cooperates with the industrial giants of the Middle East. We spent about 8 years preparing to become partners with these companies. So, I could say that you should have a plan, be persistent, and not expect quick results,” says Oleg Shcherbatenko.

Mind Entrepreneur Summit is a platform for sharing experiences and ideas, and many more: it is an invaluable opportunity to find new partners, like-minded people, and communities.
