The line of MASTER software products is complemented by the industry-specific solution for keeping records of housing offices enterprises, homeowners' associations, and management companies.

MASTER: Housing Office has full functionality. It is developed for housing offices enterprises. The software product complies with the requirements of current legislation and has ample opportunities for use in cloud and stationary solutions.

The industry solution consists of the basic MASTER: Accounting software product, the MASTER: Salary and Personnel software product (if necessary) and specialized functional modules: Housing Office Manager, Municipal services, Community payment, and House-to-house accounting.

MASTER: Housing Office industrial solutions composition

The MASTER: Accounting software product covers all areas of accounting and taxation and consists of functional modules: Banks and cash offices, Sale, Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Fixed assets and Intangible assets, Tax accounting, Payroll, Personnel, Operations, Reports, and the Directory and Administration basic modules.

The MASTER: Salary and Personnel software product automates the tasks of payroll and personnel management and consists of functional modules: Salary, Personnel, and the Directory and Administration basic modules.

The House-to-house accounting module provides cost and income accounting in the context of houses. The module is designed for use by the chief engineer, economic service, and accountants.

Module composition: documents; house characteristics; reference books; settings.
Functionality:
— maintaining a card-index of houses and their characteristics;
— accounting general and technical indicators of houses and local area;
— accounting the state of internal networks and equipment and their characteristics;
— maintaining a list of common metering devices and their technical characteristics;
— electronic passport of the house and accounting of quantitative indicators of the tariff calculation and other functionality of the module.

The Housing Office dispatcher module provides the accounting of requests for house maintenance work. The module is intended for use by the chief engineer and dispatch service.

Functionality:
— maintaining reference books of streets and addresses of houses with coordinates on the map;
— the software formation of service facilities coordinates on the map with the possibility of adjustment;
— binding of house addresses to the sections of housing offices and masters;
— application journal logging;
— the review of outstanding requests with placement on the map and other functionality of the module.

The Municipal services module provides the accounting for the provision of services to legal entities for garbage disposal and reimbursement of operating expenses. The module is intended for use by accountants.
Module composition: contracts and counteragents; documents; settlements with counterparties; VAT; reports; settings.
Functionality:
— maintaining directories necessary for the functioning of the module;
— maintaining counteragents with the automatic filling of details for a group of counteragents;
— maintaining contracts with additional characteristics necessary for the formation of contracts and reporting specifications;
— automated generation of new specifications for contracts and closure of existing ones at the time of formation;
— individual and group billing of specifications through the functionality of the module as well as related documents on accounting for the provision of municipal services and other functionality of the module.

The Community payment module ensures the accounting of settlements with apartment owners and tenants for maintenance services for houses, adjoining territories and others. The module is intended for use by accountants.

Functionality:
— maintenaning directories necessary for the functioning of the module;
— maintenaning personal accounts of accounting objects with various types of ownership and purpose;
— the registration of residents and owners of accounting units (apartments, parking lots, storerooms, and rented premises);
— maintenaning counteragents and contracts for services of housing offices, homeowners' associations, management companies with reference to the personal account;
— keeping records of accruals and settlements for services both in terms of tariff components (according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 869) and group ones – maintenaning the house, house territories and other functional capabilities of the module.
