Automatic selection of storage locations, placement tasks, and task control

Automatic selection of order and delivery of tasks to the complete set

Finished products inventorying automation

Automation of all operations on inventory accounting and sales management

“Warehouse Management” module is an extension of “Inventory Accounting” module and is designed to manage the full warehouse cycle in real time - from accepting material and products at the warehouse to shipment, reducing the time for performing warehouse operations, optimizing the use of existing storage space and storage resources and significantly speeding up inventory turnover.

Organization of the warehouse address structure:

  • Selection of warehouse areas: location area, storage area, expedition site, picking/kiting zone
  • Identification of warehouse elements: row, pillar, floor, storage place, etc.
  • Formation of warehouse labels and labeling of warehouse elements with bar codes

Placement, issuance and internal stock transfers:

Rules of placement/release on storage conditions:

  • restrictions on weight, shelf life, temperature mode, chemical indicators
  • restrictions on the name of products, product groups (number of items, groups of items in one storage area)
  • restrictions on the height and placement
  • restrictions on the priorities of filling/releasing storage cells of the same type

Product placement/release strategy:

  • FIFO (First In First Out)
  • LIFO (Last In First Out)
  • FEFO (First Expired First Out)
  • Acceptance of products on mono/prefabricated pallets (indication of the nomenclature of pallets)
  • Formation of bar codes for products and group packaging
  • Placing stocks in empty cells and replenishing cells
  • Shipment from the fixed cells of the entire contents of the cell and partial removal (disassembly)
  • Mechanisms to optimize free storage space (warehouse compression) by an event or according to a predetermined schedule
  • Mechanisms of “cleaning” of warehouse zones (picking zone, kiting zone) according to the event, according to a predetermined schedule
  • Formation of tasks to storekeepers for placement/ relocation/release in the form of documents and assignments of SD

Stock inventory:

  • Inventory by the event (order or detection of deviations from the reporting data), according to a predetermined schedule (once a day/week/ month/year)
  • Inventory according to the document "inventory statement" or according to the data of SD
  • Inventory by several units of measurement (for example, by weight and quantity)
  • Inventory of products and containers
  • Full inventory with blocking warehouse operations
  • Selective inventory by warehouse area, products
  • Cycle count by warehouse area, product, date
  • Automated and manual registration of inventory deviations

Inventory using SD in mode:

  • RF-assisted Cycle count (the inventory list is in SD, the user independently determines the order of the inventory)
  • RF-direct Cycle count the inventory list is in SD, SD gives instructions to the user on the order of inventory)
  • inventory mode "via 0"

Automation of inventory accounting and sales management:

  • Accounting for the posting of material values from suppliers, automatic calculation of the price of posting, printing of incoming orders and other primary documents
  • Accounting of sales to customers, printing invoices, consignment notes, accompanying documents, etc.
  • Accounting for the internal movement of material values by divisions, materially responsible persons, accounts
  • Registers of documents by departments, materially responsible persons
  • Inventory documents
  • Integration with the accounting contour using the apparatus of typical business transactions
  • Support for various custom stock storage schemes
  • Formation of summary reports on stocks and stock movements
  • Accounting for the storage and movement of materials simultaneously in several units of measurement, automatic conversion of units of measurement and prices into an accounting unit of measurement when generating documents
  • Accounting of precious metals in goods and materials
  • Support of actual and “reserve” documents of posting, sale and transfer of material values
  • Modes of confirmation of the internal movement of materials by the receiving division

The warehouse management functionality is described in more details in the section "WMS Warehouse Management".
