The model of the system of accounts used in IT-Enterprise system is different from the models used in other similar programs. This model provides the flexibility of the software package, its adaptability, power, applicability to various types of enterprises.
The accounting system works both in the corporate version and for several separate enterprises of the same software package. For each company, the system describes the applicable chart of accounts, period of validity, user access rights, etc.
IT-Enterprise system allows parallel accounting in an unlimited list of plans of accounts. Each document can be posted in all used in the enterprise chart of accounts. The algorithms of account management and formation of accounting entries are adjusted accordingly. This property of the system simplifies the work of accounting in enterprises with foreign investments, as well as when changing accounting standards.
Organization of analytical accounting
IT-Enterprise system supports the maintenance of an unlimited list of analytical sections that provide for the collection and detailing of information for solving accounting and management tasks. Flexible adjustment of the reference of analytical accounting to accounts is provided with the possibility of limiting the period of validity, the list of selected groups of articles, etc. Any source available in IT enterprise can be an analytics reference: contractor, contract, resource, division, document, region, activity etc. The accounting is carried out and the balance sheet is drawn up in accordance with the dynamic hierarchy of accounts and analytics.
Articles of analytical accounting for accounts with analytics are formed by types of analytics. The type of analytics determines the composition of articles of analytical accounting and the structure of the hierarchy of articles:
- support of hierarchy of articles of analytical accounting
- automatic calculation of subtotals for higher level items
- upport of matching between divisions and analytics articles
- support of matching between accounts and analytics articles

Principles and methods of accounting of inventories
All information about current availability of goods and materials in the divisions, balances at the start of each month and the archive of balances for previous periods, current balances, including the reservation documents, is contained in the turnover balance sheets of goods and materials. Information is stored in sections of materially responsible persons, accounts, storage sites, as well as other characteristics of inventory items (batches, orders, etc.).
Various options for accounting for balances in divisions are supported:
- by identified, average, planned prices
- by target codes
- by orders
- by batches
- by the date of commission
- by technical processes and technological operations (in production accounting of parts and assembly units)
- by arbitrarily customizable set of analytics (details)
The separation of user access to viewing information in the reverse balance sheets is ensured.
Various methods for writing off inventories are supported:
- by identified cost
- average price method
- LIFO method
- FIFO method
Principles and methods of accounting of exchange rate differences
Accounting in the system is conducted in a single monetary equivalent: the national currency. However, operations in foreign currencies are allowed. Any operation can be carried out in an arbitrary currency, and then converted at the current or specified rate into the national currency. Balances and turnovers for each account can be in the currency of the account, in national currency, in the currency equivalent. Provision is made for revaluation of currency accounts and the calculation of exchange differences.
Currency transactions on the account can be performed in relation to a given type of rates. The system allows the creation of an unlimited number of rate types: official, cash, intra-company, etc. For each type of rates in the system there is a journal of changes in rates for all currencies.
Automated import of exchange rates from specified resources on the Internet is supported.
Principles and methods of accrual of reserves
In the course of activity, an enterprise may receive information that the debtor is not able to repay the receivables in time. Therefore, there is a need to create a reserve for doubtful receivables, which arises during shipment of products. The amount of the provision may be calculated using the method of applying the absolute amount of doubtful debts or the method of applying the coefficient of doubtfulness.
It is also necessary to create a reserve for the upcoming payment of vacations to employees and other reserves stipulated by the legislation.
IT-Enterprise system supports the accrual of reserves of any kind and by any method.
