Support and improvement of the project
This stage of the life cycle begins immediately after the commissioning of the system and continues throughout the period of operation at the enterprise.
The main task of the stage is to support uninterrupted operation of the system and its continuous improvement. To achieve these goals, the following works are carried out at the enterprise:
- Consulting support of the Customer, additional configuration of the system, it’s reconfiguration in case of changing business processes, functions adjustment on request
- Delivery and installation of new, improved and upgraded versions of the system
- Consulting support of new versions of the system
- Implementation of new system modules
- Control of the system functioning and the identification of the need for changes
- Changes implementation if such a need has been identified.
Organizationally, this stage should be carried out under a separate contract, drawn up as the provision of advisory support.
